After more than five years of service to Energy Capital Cooperative Child Care, Program Director Dana Santini is moving on to a new opportunity with Oliver-Mercer Special Education. The board is grateful for Dana’s leadership, as she managed the center from start-up with limited funds and equipment, through unprecedented and seemingly impossible decisions driven by the pandemic, and ongoing staffing and financial challenges in the pandemic’s wake. She has pushed forward with grace, and continued to set a high-quality standard of care in a nurturing environment for the community’s precious children.

The ECCCC board is seeking candidates to build on this legacy and efficiently lead the county’s only child care center. We’re seeking an enthusiastic leader who is passionate about nurturing early childhood development and positive connections with families and the community.

Do you have the heart to nurture, lead and grow the littles of our community?
